qevrinio Payment Policy

qevrinio provides payment options through the secure checkout methods available on our store.

The payment methods available for a particular transaction are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on destination, currency, device, payment provider, and other checkout conditions.

Payment Authorization

When an order is submitted, the selected payment provider may perform authorization, validation, security, or fraud-prevention checks. An order may not proceed if the payment provider declines the transaction or if required payment authorization cannot be completed.

Payment Providers

qevrinio uses ecommerce and payment service providers to facilitate transactions. Depending on the payment method selected, payment information may be processed directly by Shopify, card networks, banks, digital-wallet providers, or other payment processors.

qevrinio may receive transaction-related information needed to administer an order without necessarily receiving all of the payment credentials processed by those providers.

Prices and Currency

The amount presented during checkout is the amount associated with the submitted qevrinio order, subject to correction of obvious errors. Where currency conversion is involved, a bank, card issuer, payment provider, or digital wallet may apply its own exchange rate or charges. Such third-party charges are outside qevrinio's control.

Failed or Declined Payments

If payment fails or is declined, the order may remain incomplete or may not be accepted. Customers should contact their payment provider if the provider has declined a transaction for reasons qevrinio cannot determine.

Fraud Prevention

qevrinio may use reasonable transaction-security and fraud-prevention measures before fulfillment. Orders associated with suspected unauthorized activity may be held, reviewed, or cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Further information is available in the qevrinio Refund Policy.
