qevrinio Return Policy

qevrinio wants customers to have a clear and straightforward process when a purchase needs to be returned.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions described below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item should generally:

  • Be returned within the 30-day return period
  • Be in substantially the same condition in which it was received
  • Include the main components, parts, accessories, and packaging supplied with the product
  • Not show damage caused by misuse, improper installation, alteration, or avoidable customer handling

qevrinio may request order information, photographs, or other reasonable information to help evaluate a return request.

Starting a Return

Please include enough information for us to identify the order and understand the reason for the return.

Do not send a product to a return location before receiving return instructions from qevrinio.

qevrinio will provide the relevant return procedure after reviewing the request.

Any applicable return-shipping arrangements or costs will be explained before the return is authorized.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

If you believe an item arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the item ordered, contact qevrinio as soon as reasonably possible. Providing clear photographs or other supporting information can help qevrinio evaluate the issue more efficiently.

Returned Product Condition

Products returned with significant damage, missing major components, unauthorized alterations, or signs of misuse may not qualify for a full return remedy. Each return is reviewed according to the circumstances of the order and applicable consumer law.

Return Approval

Receiving a return request does not automatically mean the return has been approved. qevrinio will review the request and provide instructions where the return qualifies.

Consumer Rights

This qevrinio Return Policy does not remove or limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer's jurisdiction.
